Green, Classic, Retro, Modern and Global. These are lifestyles that we have been using to identify our customers over the years in our award winning Philadelphia boutiques. This concept worked for us in our design studio, buying office, and marketing department. A visual story without limiting our customers sense of style, it gave them room to explore and be daring. Our customer base was 12 – 90 years old. This created a seamless blur of generations because style is not an age! My LIFE Q is a continuation of our retail/design philosophy to translate our visual lifestyle story on the internet. We wanted to create an online boutique using QVC as a market place similar to the experience our customers had when they entered our store. Our store appealed to different life styles. When we designed our store layout we gave each lifestyle it’s own space giving our customer a choice to enjoy one or mix many.
